Frequently Asked Questions FAQ and relevant Info. 

We have a few locations in Ramona. We sell by appointment only, or can deliver in Ramona on orders over $200 free. Depending on the specific plants you’re interested in we can arrange a visit to the appropriate location at your convenience.

We are closed on Sundays but available Monday through Saturday.

Our primary location is in west Ramona, just east of Poway. Is that nearby and would you like to visit our growing grounds? We have a wonderful assortment of locally grown and fully acclimated plants, grown in and for our area. Our pricing is also very reasonable… Come see, it’s definitely worth a visit! Palo Verde FAQ 

Our 24@ box are rooted in ground and it isn’t a good idea to remove them till late winter/ early spring.

We do have nice 20 gallon that are not rooted in and ready for sale for the same price.

Yes, if you have help and can pick one up, you can. We merely have to set up an appointment time and I’ll provide an address and gate code. Are you local to Ramona?

15 gall are about 5’ to 7’

But we have several larger sizes, priced accordingly

Canary Island Date Palm FAQ

Are you you local to Ramona or nearby. We typically pick out and price trees with those interested. We have very young trees all the way up to 20’ available. Our trees remain ground til a deposit is taken and then the tree is relocated. It is not advisable to harvest trees at this time of year. Early spring is best, now is the time to select your tree, plan and prepare the location for your new tree.

Are you a nursery?

Yes, we have lots of locally grown plants, flowers and bulbs available, year round. We are in West Ramona, bordering Poway. Are you nearby and would you like to visit?

What happens if we are out of town?

If I am not available currently but you want it now, I can arrange it. Please note that we do things right and are a legit business, all purchases are subject to State Sales Tax of 7.75%.

I always strive to keep my clients well informed, one might say, fully apprised. The two of you, your plantscape and your order have been on my mind and I want you to know that the wheels of progress are in motion.

We are still on track for a Wednesday delivery and will nail down a window of time for your delivery and notify you a minimum of 24 hours in advance of that timeframe.

In the meanwhile , if you have questions, needs or would like adjust your order in any way, lmk asap.

Payment options

It is our policy to invoice and receive payment, prior to delivery. You can pay by Zelle using my phone number 619 843-5668, mail or in person. Checks for plant purchases are payable to PARADISE PALMS AND PLANTS and subject to applicable sales tax.

In the long term, we will have other options to simplify the in payment process online.
